Anyway I will share whatever I can recall..
They asked me about :
* Why I turned to UPSC?
* Few lines about NABARD. Functions of NABARD.
* Work of NABARD in rural areas.
* What is SHG? Their significance. Any experience with it.
* What is RRB? Why number reducing?
* Number of PSB reducing.is it good?
* Tell us what is going on in news recentl. (explained about Russia-Ukraine) they asked reasons for d war.
Some other details those who need it:
* Reporting time 8:30 AM
* Document verification started around 10 AM.
* We were 4 students at Pune RO. (Other students from different RO. Possibly 3-4 from all of them)
* Our interview started after 3:15 PM.
* Every interview lasted for around 15 minutes.
* We had panel of 3 members ( 2+1 including 1 female member)
* The panel was cordial. Chairman sir (and also other members) even laughed few times.
Overall Relax. Don't overthink. Just prepare whatever basic you can. Be true to yourself and to the members. All d best to all of you 👍👍👍😊

Member 2: What areas have you prepared from the NABARD Annual Report? Can you say something about the financials (balance sheet)?

There were three members, two male and one female. I could identify only one panel member i.e Surekha Marandi Mam former ED of RBI. The questions which were asked in interview revolved mostly around my current job profile. As I am working in PSB,they were interested in the credit portfolio of my branch. Some of the questions which I can recall are as follows :
1. My job profile related questions, in my case I am working in a PSB. So they were interested in the credit portfolio of my branch.
2. Challenges which I am facing in my current job.
3. PSL norms and shortfall.
4. Relationship between nabard and my current organization.
5. Home state agriculture profile.
6. Top paddy producing state in India.
7. India's Ranking in rice cultivation.
8. Questions about SRI
The panel member were friendly and cordial. They made me comfortable during the interview. VC setup was good, if anyone could not hear the questions, you can request the panel member to repeat the questions. Overall nice interview experience.
